Whether you’re taking an ovulation test, noticing spotting or want to record feelings of nausea or tender breasts, we’ve got you covered. With Cycles, you can log all of your symptoms in one place, and check them at a glance!

Cycles helps you determine which fertility tracking method suits you best. For cycles that fall between 26 and 32 days long, Cycles uses the standard fertility method to measure your fertility window. This method always marks days 8 through 19 as fertile. As long as your cycle is within 26 to 32 days, this method will maintain its accuracy regardless of when your ovulation day actually falls.
For shorter or longer cycles, fertility dates are calculated based on your ovulation day. Cycles does this by marking 5 days before and 2 days after your ovulation as fertile. This is because, under optimal con
ditions, sperm can stay alive inside a woman for up to 5 days. It’s been reported that women can conceive up to 2 days after ovulation.
You can also log your basal body temperature, cervical mucus quality and ovulation tests, which will help cycles calculate your fertility even more accurately! Plus, with Cycles Premium, you get access to Reminders, which will send you a personalized little nudge when your fertility window starts and ends, as well as on your ovulation day.
